For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not accept returns on earrings. This policy ensures that every customer receives unworn, hygienic pieces. 

In the rare event that your earrings or other accessories arrive damaged, you have three days from the delivery date to report any breakages. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue replacements. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

The plant-based accessories are delicate, please be gentle with them, they may break if dropped on hard surfaces

Stirling silver components can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or silver polish.

The plant-based 3D printed details can be cleaned with a soft cloth and soapy water.

Store your earrings in the flat box they come in, please don't leave them loose in bags or pockets.
